An international network of Ukrainian cuisine restaurants by chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi. A project recognized in the Forbes Next 250 list as one that is shaping the future of Ukraine. A restaurant where you can experience the real Ukraine, interweaving modern and ethnic traditions in one place. For this project, we explored Ukrainian naïve graphics, archival materials, and traditional narratives to capture the essence of folklore. We combined these references with a minimalist approach, translating them into a contemporary visual language that feels both authentic and relevant today.
